Access to the site -

1. From Exeter: Come off the A38 at Linhay, go over the motorway and follow the road around to the left. At the Town Gate way and 30mph signs turn right into Balland Lane.

Go along until the end of the road and a roundabout into the school site, and car park.

2. From Plymouth: Come off the A38 along the slip road at Linhay, which is after the turning after Pear Tree Cross. This is a double carriageway slip, and keep to the left hand lane. As above you will enter the Town Gateway. If you over shoot this slip, go onto the Caton exit and cross the motorway and return back as at 1 above.

Proposed programme:

0900 - 0930hrs Arrival, orientation, house-keeping hot/cold drinks etc.

0930 - 0940hrs Introductions

0940 - 1200hrs I Can Do IT Project: Its concept, the equipment, problems and successes, demonstration of the equipment. (Hands on). Experiences using solar power - non-technical maintenance issues etc - SOPs.

1200 - 1300hrs Lunch. (The College is on holiday, but there are shops and various cafes in the Town if required.)

1300 - 1430hrs Presentation by Square1 International of the latest satellite technology.

1430 - 1500hrs Break

1500 - 1530hrs Question and answer session and general discussion on how each of the participants can assist each other.
